Reclaiming Mondays
I know it’s Monday, and the list of things you need to get done this week has already started forming in your head. STOP!
Don’t wake up this morning thinking of the things you have to do; think about the things you want to do and why. Own your Monday and you will own your week. Own your week and you will own your month. Own your month and you are opening yourself up to have a life changing year.
So, mentally erase the to do list. Give yourself permission to enjoy a few moments of self-indulgence.
